Shipping Return and Cancellation
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Sanitary pads non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at email@example.com with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective) only up to 2 days from the date of delivery.
Once an order is placed, you can cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing your order. In case you would like to cancel your order within this time-frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
